Hands her a donut. "Here! We kinda got a few too many!" The male offered the pastry just after swallowing his own, and the Pikachu on his shoulder was eating one as well.
The Altaria stopped, the young girl still on her back: even though they wren’t flying.
“… What sort of commoner food is this?” Alex demanded, looking the donut up and down. She’d had many delicious pastries throughout the years, but never something quite… like this. “I have never seen such a thing in my entire life. Is this some form of éclair? Understand, I am used to a high-class diet of the finest foods: I’m concerned eating just anything will give me a terrible tummyache.”
“It’s… A donut?” The teenager blinked, utterly puzzled. How many people had never seen one of those before? And what did she mean by ‘commoner food?’ “I guess it’s like an eclair, without the cream filling. Plus it’s round!” He spouted off about the treat, oblivious to the girl’s attitude.
“Well, it usually doesn’t give me one! Unless I eat way too much, of course!” Which admittedly, was probably more often than it really should be. But hey, nothing ventured, nothing gained!
“A… donut?”
“I have never eaten such a thing. What are it’s ingredients? This is obviously commoner food if I haven’t at least sampled it in my past,” she said, looking down at the donut. “What are it’s ingredients? I do not eat anything without knowing it’s contents. The Champion cannot afford to become sick because she was a sloppy eater.”
