History: The girl who would grow up to become the Hero of Kalos was practically groomed for success later in life.

Born as Adam, she was born the only child to the lord of Parfrum Palace: the palace of House Rohan, descendant of the old nobility that had once been the rulers of France. From a young age, she was showered with all sorts of luxuries: food, education, and even Pokemon. From a young age she was given anything she would want: from toys to even Pokemon: receiving a Furfrou she would nickname ‘Lady’ for her fifth birthday, and later a Ponyta that would evolve into a Rapidash. So vain was she as a young child that she grew to a point she would always almost ride on her Rapidash instead of walking, even indoors, to ‘avoid walking on my own two feet like the commoners do!’

From an early age she took an interest in theater, often preforming in school plays and in general showing off: she loved to be the center of attention, and would do whatever she could to get it. And it shows: even now, years later, she’s incredibly overdramatic with a tenancy to exaggerate. However, she is not without ambition: after spending time watching matches in the Battle Chateau, especially of the Grand Duchess Diantha, she vowed to achieve that greatness for herself, and through her own effort. Likewise, even at extremely young ages she did not agree with being referred to as and being treated as a boy. Even when she was young she would demand people not refer to her as such and created a new name for herself: Alexandra, Alex for short. After much insistence, her father would come to terms with it, the girl later going on puberty blockers and HRT from early on.

Leaving her beloved Furfrou and Rapidash at the Palace, she set off on her adventure with only her third favorite Pokemon, a Swablu named Elizabeth at her side. After doing careful research of the native Pokemon of Kalos, she set out to create a team that she felt could counter any Pokemon type and let her stand supreme. And every step of the way Elizabeth walked alongside her, disliking being confined to a Pokeball: indeed, even after evolving into Altaria she preferred to walk around. In fact, after her evolution, Alex would often ride on her back even when they were only walking. “I am the heir to noble House Rohan and the Parfrum Palace! What reason have I to walk on the ground with my own two feet?”

While she would be humbled… somewhat by her adventures, she is still a prideful young woman who is still determined to further her mark on the world, even beyond the titles of Champion, Grand Duchess, and Hero of Kalos.
